Refunds and Returns Policy for Heal Your Aura

1. Return Policy: At Heal Your Aura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 7-10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
3. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sandhu_gursahib@yahoo.in with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received safely.
5. Refunds: Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
